Urban Health and Wellness dba The Urban Clinic of Atlanta (UCA) is a free, non-profit clinic located in Fulton County providing primary care to underserved, uninsured, and low-income individuals. The Urban Clinic of Atlanta was established in 2016 by Susan Whatley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C and has grown from a volunteer program to a nurse-managed team of 10 employees and over 30 volunteers. Since our inception, UCA has provided access to care for more than 1,000 unique patients. The clinic provides routine primary care needs, management of chronic illnesses and/or diseases, STI screening and treatment, lab services, and access to medications and vaccines. We also have the ability to refer patients out for radiology services, vision screens and specialty referrals. Services are targeted to adults (18 and older), uninsured, and 200% or below the Federal poverty level. Your generousity saves lives. Thank you for investing in our mission!
