Description

Celebrate our free clinic's achievements and growth in the last three years with live music, refreshments, and catering from DAS BBQ. Halfway Crooks is a new brewery in Summerhill and they are donating their space for this event. Come support critically needed healthcare services for those who are uninsured and impoverished. Enter for a chance at raffle prizes. Prizes include Botox treatments, Kendra Scott jewelry, Falcons tickets, a wine rack, and many more! We hope to see you there!

FAQs

If I can't attend but I want to donate, how can I do this?

You can donate directly to UHW at www.uhw.clinic/donate/ or click on the blue Donate button to the right.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Ticket holders must be at least 21 years of age.

Is this event ADA compliant?

Halfway Crooks is ADA compliant, however the event will be held on the rooftop deck. Please email me at susanw.uhw@gmail.com if you have questions about this.

What can I bring into the event?

The list of raffle items is growing in exciting ways, and a chance to win one will be available with either pre-purchased raffle tickets or cash/card purchase the day of the event. Just $10 per chance!

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email us! susanw.uhw@gmail.com

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No! There will be a check-in table where you will give your name and get drink and raffle tickets.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, so long as the ticket holder knows the name of the ticket purchaser.

Will I get a donation receipt?

This year we are able to put a value on the food and beverage. This will allow you to receive a donation receipt for the price of your ticket less the fair market value of these items.
